Esparta
The municipality of Esparta made a request to Global Community Development in May 2008 for support with three projects: sanitary sewer system project for the municipal center, landfill project for the entire municipality, and improvements to the main access road connecting the municipal center with the paved highway to access La Ceiba, the nearest city.
